The safety and health of our customers and employees are always the highest priority for Scanmaskin. We follow closely the authorities’ information on the new corona virus (COVID-19) on a daily basis.
We have taken several measures in order to make our customers and employees feel secure. We have chosen to decline all supplier visits for some time to reduce the spread of infection. We have also changed and increased the hygiene routines among our employees and in our facilities. To further reduce the spread of infection, we encourage our employees to stay at home at the slightest sign of cold symptoms. We have also limited all business trips abroad in accordance with the current recommendations.
We have switched from physical to digital trainings and we will soon launch a service to book training directly from our website. We have also increased our service level with more service and quick start videos. We will continue to develop our digital knowledge bank and are happy to receive any feedback we can get.
We keep all our offices and production open as usual and are here to answer your questions, receive orders and deliver your goods. Do not forget that you can always order all our products from our website and have it delivered directly to your workplace.
