Both power trowel machines can be used with different blade options, tailored to specific applications. For example, the grey plastic blade is designed for use when scattering sand over the surface and smoothing it out. Alternatively, you can use compact steel blades, which provide the same results as the grey plastic blade but in a faster manner for floor coating. The white flex and standard blades can be used with a screed box where the sand has been spread. Stone Carpet Blades are designed for use on “stone carpet floors” with stones ranging from 2-3mm, 3-4mm, and 4-6mm in size.
