Sustainability strategy

Our sustainability strategy is to continuously develop and improve in ways that are economically, environmentally, and socially responsible. The strategy is built around three key focus areas. We work toward overarching goals within product development, purchasing, and logistics.

Our sustainability policy

Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB develops sustainable solutions for floor preparation. Our operations include the development and servicing of floor preparation machines, as well as the production of mineral components intended for industrial flooring systems, together with a complete range of machine-adapted tools and accessories.

We support our customers with technical guidance based on extensive experience and broad expertise in floor preparation – from machines to materials, for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Our focus areas in environment, quality, and work environment

• Product Development
  We develop our products with sustainability and ergonomics as guiding principles. We strive for cost-effective solutions with the lowest possible environmental impact, both in production and during product use.
• Purchasing
  We continuously seek the best overall solution by combining innovative design with product quality. All purchasing decisions are carefully considered with respect to quality, cost optimization, environmental impact, and workplace health and safety.
• Logistics
  Transportation and warehouse operations are optimized to reduce the environmental impact of every product delivered to customers, while also ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our employees.

We continuously work on improvements across all areas through preventive measures in close collaboration with our customers and employees. In this work, we comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. Our machines meet European and international standards, including CE marking within the EU and OSHA/UL requirements for the U.S. market.

We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our customers to drive meaningful improvements and remain attentive to their needs and expectations.

Within workplace health and safety, we actively work to prevent injuries and ill health. We educate both our employees and customers to support progress and increase awareness within our field of expertise.
