About Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB
Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization headquartered in Sweden. Since 1975, we have manufactured market-leading floor, surface treatment, and polishing equipment for all types of flooring projects, including grinding, polishing, milling, and shot blasting. This was previously carried out under the company name Scanmaskin. Since January 2025, we have been part of the Tyrolit Group, and from 1 May 2026 our official name is Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB. The Scanmaskin brand will remain.
We prioritize high service levels, fast deliveries, and the highest possible quality. All development and manufacturing take place at our facility in Lindome, on the outskirts of Gothenburg, Sweden. With approximately 30 employees in Sweden, along with sales offices and distributors worldwide, we strive to stay close to our users, customers, and partners to continuously drive development forward. In the development of our business, we focus on our core values – proximity, quality, sustainability, and know-how.
We are committed to creating world-class, high-quality products while also working to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for both our employees and our customers. Environmental responsibility is an important matter for us at Scanmaskin, and we continuously strive to minimize our environmental impact in everything we do. For this reason, we have chosen to design our floor grinding machines using high-quality materials, with as much as 94% of each machine being recyclable. To protect the environment and still offer a floor grinding machine of the highest quality, we have chosen to work with Swedish suppliers.
Our operations are characterized by a strong focus on sustainability, where we actively work toward achieving our long-term goals. Our key focus areas are people, the environment, and products. The high expectations our customers place on our social responsibility regarding environmental and ethical standards motivate us to continuously find new solutions.
