Effective from May 1, 2026, Scanmaskin and Scanmineral will be consolidated into a new joint company, Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB. This change means a new company name and registration number, but for you as a customer, everything continues as usual – with the same products, services, and contacts in Lindome. The brands and products Scanmaskin and Scanmineral will remain, which is important for us to clarify.
We would like to inform you that, as of May 1, 2026, Scanmaskin and Scanmineral will operate under the joint company name Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB.
Since January 2025, Scanmaskin and Scanmineral have been part of the Tyrolit Group. As a natural next step in this development, the companies are now being merged into a single entity. The previous parent company, Scanmaskin Holding, has simultaneously changed its name to Tyrolit Construction Sweden AB, forming the new joint company. Later this year, the Swedish operations of Tyrolit Division Bygg & Anläggning will also be integrated.
The purpose of this change is to simplify administration and coordination – both internally and in our interactions with you as a customer. For you, this does not affect day-to-day operations. You will continue to work with the same staff, the same contacts, and the same range of products – or even an expanded offering. Business will continue as usual from Lindome. The brands and products Scanmaskin and Scanmineral will remain, which is important for us to clarify.
As the companies are now consolidated, clear benefits for customers are created, including a larger product range, a single invoice, and a simplified purchasing process. All email addresses will change and emails sent to old addresses will be automatically forwarded from May 1, 2026. Our contact details for phone and in-person visits remain unchanged.
All of our staff remain in the organization, and there are no changes to employment. We are in a growth phase, having strengthened the organization over the past year, with further recruitments planned.
