Compact Floor Shot Blaster with High Productivity
The FBE225 floor shot blaster combines high productivity with a low overall height and low weight. Its modular design opens up unique application possibilities. The blasting width can be increased to 455 mm by adding the FBE225 expansion module. The modular components can be disassembled into basic units and transported to locations that were previously inaccessible to conventional shot blasting systems with the same capacity. The drive provides smooth, continuously adjustable travel speed. After the first 300 operating hours, maintenance can easily be carried out on site without special tools and with minimal downtime.
With a 7.5 kW turbine and 225 mm working width, the FBE225 delivers high productivity in a compact format. The 5-blade blast wheel produces a precise and consistent blasting pattern.
