Tyrolit acquires Scanmaskin & Scanmineral – strengthening market position in floor preparation
Effective from 1 January 2025, the Tyrolit Group has acquired 100% of the Scanmaskin Group. This acquisition enhances Tyrolit’s market position in the floor preparation sector, making it a full-service and system provider in this field.
Schwaz, Austria 28 January 2025: This acquisition is yet another strategic move that will further expand the product portfolio for the in the floor preparation sector. Scanmaskin has a long-standing history and is a well-established brand in the floor preparation market, known for its high-quality and reliable products. The company’s headquarters and production facilities are located in Lindome, near Gothenburg, Sweden. This site will remain operational and be further strengthened under the Tyrolit
Group.
