Introducing the new Scanmaskin 3000 World Series industrial vacuum cleaner. Designed for use with our single-phase floor grinding machines, this high-performance dust extractor offers exceptional efficiency and comes in a small and compact size, making it easy to transport and store. A height of only 130cm (51inches) allows it to be easily transported by car or van.
It is certified by a 3rd party as an H-Class machine, confirming its high quality and reliability. With years of experience and successful stories in the building and construction industry, Scanmaskin is known for high-quality machines. The cutting-edge motor head allows perfect motor ventilation and excellent noise isolation. The suctioned air is intelligently conveyed and discharged outside at low speed. Even though it is a single-phase compact dust collector, the Scanmaskin 3000 World Series guarantees excellent performance in terms of power, suction, and airflow.
Featuring an M-Class high-efficiency polyester star filter, this dust extractor is certified for its superior filtration capabilities. Easy manual filter cleaning system by ergonomic handle on the top of the motorhead. The filter is designed to have a long-lasting life, thanks to its high resistance to abrasion. Additionally, the filter pockets are sealed by glued seams, ensuring a total separation of fine dust particles. It comes with a 68-micron megastrong endless bag – Longopac® – which is convenient for disposal. It also features a bag-in-bag-out system, ensuring the safe replacement of the primary filter, and preventing operators from being exposed to dust during maintenance.
Equipped with a HEPA 14 filter, this industrial vacuum can remove 99.995% of particles as small as 0.18µm. The filter has been DOP tested and certified to guarantee its efficiency. It also has a clogging filter monitoring system, which includes a vacuum gauge with a clear indication of the filter status and replacement requirements.
Built with an industrial concept in mind, this industrial vacuum cleaner has a robust frame and large wheels for high durability and easy maneuverability. The dust extractor delivers with a 10m (33feet) hose and 10m (33feet) power cable, which gives a full 20m (66feet) range. Supplied with a cleaning kit containing 50mm (2inch) aluminum pipe, and a cleaning nozzle of 450mm (18inch).
